Charalambos Charalambides
He commenced his career with Standard Chartered Bank and moved to Bank of Cyprus when the former was acquired. Then, he worked for the Bank of Cyprus for a number of years where he reached the position of Group General Manager Corporate Banking. In this position he was responsible for loans in excess of two billion euro in Cyprus and Greece. 


He worked with most of the listed companies in the Cyprus Stock Exchange, a number of companies listed into the Athens Stock Exchange and a large number of multinational corporations such as Nestle, Unilevel, J&P, Coca-Cola 3E, Louis Group, N.K. Siakolas Group etc.
He is a founding member of the Cyprus Institute of Banking and a prominent member of the Chartered Institute in the UK. He has also served as a secretary to the European Association of Banking Institutes. He has been honoured for his services in banking education in Cyprus as well as in Europe. In particular, he has been awarded by the British Institute a Honorary Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (Hon. FCIB). Only nine honorary fellowships have been awarded by the British Institute globally. In addition, he has also received a honorary Masters degree from Manchester University (M.Sc.).
At present, he continues his professional career as a Management Consultant.


George Charalambides
He started his career in 1991 as an auditor with Ernst & Young in London where he qualified as a chartered accountant. Upon qualification in 1994, he moved to the Management Consultancy Division working on projects of re-organisation and performance improvement. 

In 1997 he moved to Greece and he started working as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. At PwC he lead the Corporate Transformation Department as a Senior Manager specialising in the areas of strategy and restructuring.
In 2000, he worked in industry for a vertically-integrated UK-based Tour Operator (turnover 450mn euro) as the Group Business Development Manager. Most of his work related to mergers & acquisitions and strategy work. He left the company in 2003 to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities.
As an entrepreneur, he participated in companies in the tourism, internet, consumer goods and investment industries.
He is a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) and holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Finance.
Selected clients include British Petroleum (UK), Lloyds of London (UK), Cadbury Schweppes (UK), Clarks Shoes (UK), WH Smith (UK), Athens International Airport (Greece), DEH (Greece), Tetra Pak (Greece), Mars/ Trofeklect (Greece), Bacardi-Martini (Greece) etc. During his career he has participated in more than 50 consulting projects in the areas of strategy, restructuring, M&A in more the UK, Greece, Cyprus, Ireland, Germany, Russia and Serbia.


John Charalambides
He started his career in 1994 as an auditor with KPMG in Cyprus. Upon qualification he moved to the banking industry, Bank of Cyprus, where he was part of the Corporate banking team. 

Between 2000 and 2004 he worked as Finance Director in both Cyprus and Greece. In late 2004 he joined CYTA (Cyprus Telecommunications Authority) as treasurer having the responsibility of all financial aspects of the Organization.
In 2007 he was offered the position of Corporate Credit Officer in Emporiki Bank in Cyprus through a head hunting company, where he worked for almost four years.
In June 2011 he joined ICC Investment & Consulting Services Ltd where he holds the position of the Chief Executive Officer.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance, he is a Fellow Member of the Certified Financial Consultants Association and finally he is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
In 2012 he became a non-executive director of investment firm OnePlus Capital.
