About the Trainer
George Charalambides is a Business Consultant with over 30 years of experience in Business Consulting & Growth. He has held senior management positions at Ernst & Young London, PwC Athens, and a leading tourism group in London (1,700 employees).
Throughout his career, he has worked with multinational companies including BP, Lloyd’s of London, Cadbury Schweppes, WH Smith, Clark’s Shoes, Athens International Airport, Titan, and Bacardi, as well as hundreds of small and medium-sized businesses.
In total, he has completed projects across more than 90 different business sectors and 12 countries in Europe and the Middle East.
Drawing on this experience, George Charalambides developed EXE.S Strategy’s comprehensive Business Growth & Organization Methodology. Implementing this methodology has been the company’s core consulting service for the past fifteen years, and it now incorporates Artificial Intelligence tools.

No prior experience is required. The program is designed for business owners and executives without a technical background. You will learn practical ways to apply AI tools across the four core Growth Pillars: Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
The program is delivered online via Zoom, over three live sessions. Sessions are conducted in Greek. Before the program begins, you will receive an email with the connection link and full instructions.
Yes. You will receive six digital workbooks — one for each Growth Pillar, plus workbooks on Assessment and Artificial Intelligence. You will also receive 4 hours of one-to-one mentoring with our Consultant and Trainer, George Charalambides, focused on applying what you've learned directly to your own business.

Program Details
Format: Delivered online via Zoom.
Program Fee: The program fee is €1,800, fully subsidized (100%) by HRDA (Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus, known locally as ANAD). Participants must complete their registration on the Ermis online platform (ANAD).
Language: Sessions are conducted in Greek.
Certification: A certificate is awarded upon successful completion of the program, including the one-to-one mentoring component. CPD: 18 units
Registration Policy: Priority is given to businesses registering two or more participants. Remaining places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
