Business Coaching for Start-ups

The Challenge

An international banking organisation established an initiative by hiring local consultants to assist start-ups for free over a four-month period. Our company was allocated five entrepreneurs, one from the Middle East and four from Cyprus.

The Solution

To assist the start-ups, our company took the following steps:

• Held an interview with the new entrepreneurs to understand their requirements
• Trained the entrepreneurs in the EXES Strategy Growth Methodology
• Provided the entrepreneurs with useful tools such as Cash Flow Forecasts, Budgets, Management Accounts, Sales Pipeline Analysis and Job Descriptions.
• Acted as a coach and held weekly meetings over a 12-week period to discuss any business issue

Results Delivered

After the initial 12-week period, the start-up founders were well equipped to face the business reality. They have developed a clear strategy, utilised a Growth Methodology as a road map for success and they were trained in using valuable business tools.
